Edward H. Griffith (23 août 1894, Lynchburg - 3 mars 1975, South Laguna) est un réalisateur américain.
D'abord journaliste, il débute au cinéma comme acteur et scénariste pour la firme Edison & Co, avant de passer, dès 1917, à la réalisation.
