L'honorable Francis Joseph (Frank) McKenna (né le 19 janvier 1948 à Apohaqui, Nouveau-Brunswick) est un homme politique et diplomate canadien. Il était récemment l'ambassadeur canadien aux États-Unis. Il a remis sa lettre de démission au premier ministre désigné Stephen Harper le 25 janvier 2006, en offrant de rester en poste jusqu'à ce qu'il lui trouve un remplaçant. Son successeur est Michael Wilson. Il fut premier ministre du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1987 à 1997. Il est membre de Bilderberg [1].
