Paul Heyman est un scénariste, producteur et acteur américain né le 11 septembre 1965 à Scarsdale, New York (États-Unis). Il est le fondateur de la ECW. Après le rachat de celle-ci par la WWE et la re-création du show, il y occupe le rôle de "General Manager". Suite aux faibles résultats du PPV December to Dismember et les reproches de Vince McMahon il démissionne en 2006.
