Said Wilbert Musa (1944-), est un avocat et homme politique bélizien. Il fut premier ministre du Belize du 28 août 1998 au 8 février 2008.

Né à San Ignacio, au Belize, il est d'origine partiellement palestinienne. Il est diplômé de droit de l'Université de Manchester.

En 1979, il est élu député de la circonscription de Fort George, et fait son entrée à l'Assemblée Nationale du Belize. Il est membre du Parti populaire uni. A la tête de ce parti, il remporte les élections législatives de 1998 et de 2003.

Il est ministre Public (Attorney General) et ministre du Développement économique de 1979 à 1984, puis ministre des Affaires étrangères et ministre de l'Education de 1989 à 1993. Il a participé à la rédaction de la Constitution du Belize.

Musa fut battu aux élections de 2008 par Dean Barrow, qui lui succéda.
